  1. Listing Profits™ is committed to respecting the privacy of all visitors to our website, www.listingprofits.com, by maintaining a comprehensive privacy policy. This policy covers how we treat personal information that we collect and receive through your use of our service and website. Personal information is defined as information about you and or your business that is personally identifiable. This can include your name, address, email address, phone number, and any additional information that is otherwise not publicly available.

  2. The Listing Profits privacy policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Listing Profits does not own or control or to people that Listing Profits does not employ or manage.   5. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Listing Profits does not knowingly record personal information submitted by children younger than 13 years old. 

  6. Listing Profits does not rent, sell or share your personal information except to provide services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

    • We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Listing Profits under confidentiality agreements to fulfill your Service requirements.

    • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

    • We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Listing Profits’ Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.

    • We transfer information about you if Listing Profits is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Listing Profits will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
